1. Acceptance of Terms

By connecting a Web3 wallet, creating an account, or committing digital capital to BITi Crypto vaults, you enter into a legally binding agreement and agree to comply with all outlined platform rules.

2. Vault Lockups & Multipliers

Capital deployed into time-locked multiplier tiers is governed by programmatic smart contracts:

• Limits: Participation is restricted to allocations between $1,000 and $10,000 USD equivalent.
• Terms: Lock durations range between 1 month (1.5x return) up to 5 months (5.0x return).
• Maturity: Principal and accrued multipliers unlock at 00:00 UTC upon completion of the term. Early termination is subject to contract liquidation penalties.

3. Network & Market Risks

Users acknowledge that blockchain systems carry native operational considerations. Blockchain reorganizations, sudden network gas surges, or third-party decentralized node congestion are external variables beyond the direct control of BITi Crypto.

4. User Eligibility

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and possess the legal authority to interact with cryptographic software protocols in your domestic jurisdiction without violating financial embargoes or sanctions.
