Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

BITi Crypto collects minimal operational data necessary to service user accounts and execute on-chain smart contracts:

  • Account Credentials: Email address and username created during registration.
  • Transactional Metadata: Public wallet addresses, deposit and payout transaction hashes, and chosen multiplier vault plans.
  • Diagnostics: Browser identifiers, operating system data, and IP addresses utilized for automated fraud prevention and network security.

2. Non-Custodial Protocol Philosophy

We do not store, request, or manage private cryptographic keys or seed recovery phrases. Your private keys never transit through BITi Crypto servers, ensuring full cryptographic self-sovereignty at all times.

3. How Information Is Used

Collected data is used strictly for:

  • Authorizing vault contract interactions and tracking lockup timeframes.
  • Crediting automated multiplier returns upon lockup completion.
  • Mitigating sybil attacks and suspicious multi-account routing.
  • Dispatching essential transactional alerts and maturity confirmations.

4. Third-Party Sharing

BITi Crypto does not sell, rent, or trade private user information to third-party advertisers. Metadata is exposed strictly to decentralized node networks for public ledger settlement or where legally mandated by applicable regulatory authorities.

5. Data Retention & Encryption

All client-server communications are guarded by TLS 1.3 encryption. Records are retained strictly as long as vault accounts remain active or as required by financial ledger compliance laws.
